Hayate is a badass…
Even though he isn't in his best shape, he is stronger than most neophytes.
Neophytes need to master some abilities, like recognise a stronger vampire (which obviously this guy isn't able yet).
Well, that said, I think this vampire is in serious trouble now ;)
