Well, Hayate doesn't seems very happy to visit his brother.

He mentions that 'they don't get along at all' in this page but nothing more is said.

Being the brother of the highest ranked vampire is a bit troublesome, at least for Hayate because… well, we will se why in the next chapters.

Here we see the bartender, a kind looking guy who, of course, is a vampire too. As Makoto, don't let his kind appareance fools you.
They aren't like those vampires who roams the city without pity for the humans.
