Hi!

Hayate is surprised by Rein's Regen, which is extremely fast, even faster than Hayate's brother.

Then, he remember his own words and attacks immediately… but, that punch isn't effective against a behemoth like Rein.

This only leads to a last option, we will see it in the next update.

P.S. As I mentioned in a response to Jason Moon, Hayate's fighting style is to quickly severe his opponent's limbs, the faster the better, but this method is useless against a vampire with a high Regen rate.
