Hi!

Oh man, Hayate is no match for Rein. Three attacks in a row and none was effective… not even a bit.

Now, Rein has three chances to attack Hayate, but honestly I don't think he needs more than one… running away was a better idea XD.

As you can tell by previous frames of Rein's eyes (and for this 'bonus mugshot pic ) his eyeballs are red, because he eats an overwhelming amount of blood to stay in shape, that's why his eyes are 'drained', but soon they will return to their normal shape.
