Noogie goes shopping. The 'sack'(which allows characters to carry an otherwise absurd amount of stuff without the stuff becoming annoying to draw) is probably one of the most overused cliches in comics, and comes in many forms (The Luggage, from Terry Pratchett comes to mind).
Noogie favors some friends more than others…
