The Muscovy Drake, also known as the 'Dragon Duck' to local youths at a park nearby.  It's a large breed, with a rather striking appearance.  I think the kids' name is more appropriate :)

Artwise, I got away from the 'loose with black outlines' for this page, tried to make it more like 'real' watercolor.  Tried to go fast but felt it took too long, so I don't stick with it.  But I'm several pages ahead so I try something similar later on.  Will I ever find my 'look'?

Storywise: true love is strong, and can overcome a lot.  But we frail humans have limits, especially if we feel our efforts aren't reciprocated or appreciated.  We can keep going for a little while, but it's a partnership, folks - do your part!
