I've said it before, and I'll keep saying it… To be nominated for a category feels more rewarding than actually winning it!! I mean, it's the readers than nominate, meaning your comic is getting read and enjoyed!! Who cares what those dumb critical judges think haha (kidding, judges, but I can joke at your expense - I'm a judge too… :))

The movie Suicide Squad just set a record for August Box Office openings, but it's getting savaged by the critics. I wonder how much the producers care? That's sorta how I feel. Yes, I want to win trophies (certainly won't refuse or give back any I might win…) but just seeing these nominations is a giddy wonderful feeling!
