Firstly, Happy New Year!! May it be the best ever!! (if only wishing it would make it so!)

So, Previous Page, Jamie commented that it may be crueler to maim someone, leaving them to die, than to just kill them outright. El Cid suggested it's probably better to just kill them period (bash heads in)!! Not gonna disagree with either of those, but characters don't always do what be we think should be done! While Rhiaan seems like she could kill if needed (and maybe has), she certainly doesn't want to, and seems to want to leave a way out for the injured (although with a certain awareness of superiority)! As said, doing what maybe should be done doesn't always happen (plus, was the fight, which she seemed eager to get into, even necessary - see next page).

And what the Heck just happened with this Kai-Pact thing!! No matter what it does, seems very un-hygienic right?! (but be aware that biology, and knowledge of it, might not be quite the same as in our world)! In any case, you'll see Kai-Pacts a good bit more in the coming pages!! (and you can always peek in on the glossary if you want more detail about them)
