Got this one done at a reasonable hour for a change!
Schedules finally getting back to normal, so I can get stuff done ahead of time and not have to do marathon sessions on Monday and Tuesday to get the page done.
While doing this page, I discovered that digitally painting a picture of a drawing in dirt is really, really hard. A lot of playing with my texture brushes on that- should someone else ever need to do it: sponge brush, prefeably an animated sponge brush with lots of variations. set to mid to high spacing, low opacity, and layer the heck out of the shading alternating between light and dark. Throw in a little scatter-type brush every now and then to keep things speckled. Eventually you get a dirty picture. You know what I mean. ^^;
