Hotpants, stunned by the unexpected prowess of Arms, finds it necessary to attract allies in order to assist him in teaching the impudent Arms a lesson he will not soon forget, that Hotpants is, has been, and will always be the prime mover in Clannfear Rock. Naturally, being the son of Mayor Rongo. He must therefore assert his authority in order to be worthy of his inheritance, for he shall himself, one day, sit as mayor of Clannfear Rock.
