Vic is quite capable of doing the job, If Hotpants would just be more patient. But, in his present frame of mind, Blinded by rage against Arm's, Hotpants will make a deal with the King of Rats himself. The unsavoury and supremely greasy, Lugo Mouse, Whose help always comes with a catch. Turn away, Hotpants! Don't do it! Arm's isn't worth it! Or…is he? We shall see.
