Hotpants is in over his head. He has no idea what kind of an individual Lugo Mouse is. Just because he saw his mom speaking to him a couple times, He assumed that they were friends, and therefore, safe. But, the truth is, Lugo is far out of Hotpants's league. Hotpants is winging it from here. And, he doesn't really know what he is doing, at this point. The emotions of Rage and Anger can often put us in such a disorder, that we lose touch with reason, and we fall headlong into such a pile of shit, that all the cleanser in Clannfear Rock cannot scrub clear the extreme FUBAR we put ourselves in, by such a loss of faculties. Emotional or reactionary behaviour abandons logic, and invites distasteful repercussions. This, is a characteristic of a fool.
