Who Knew Arms' knew how to fish!

Normally, this would be enough for a rational person to have a change of heart. But Arms, is a stubborn little cuss. And will probably want some kind of retribution. But, hopefully the memory of this experience will enlighten him a little, that Hotpants, is not one to be trifled with. But trifle he will. As for Hotpants? It would seem that he has solidified his image around Clannfear Rock. I don't think anyone will be bothering him for a while. Except now, he's gonna owe Lugo a favour. Which might not be very nice. But, this is what you expect, when you go in kahoots with unsavoury characters. And there's a little manner, of Vic's bill. And he'd better hope. That Rongo never finds out.
