Almost a splash page; almost. The handy thing about photographs is that they come pre-framed. The thing that bugs me about dark backgrounds is that they eat pens like some kind of insatiable pen-eating…goat? As you may have noticed I'm becoming more liberal in my attempts to accurately portray the play of light on the folds in cloth. Why study fine art and colour theory for years when you can just jump right in as an enthusiastic amateur and start throwing shadows around like they're going out of fashion.
