So with all the excitement swirling around the 2007 Comic Book Challenge and my comic, "Gunplay", I thought it'd be cool to show folks where it all started. This story in no way gave birth to Gunplay, but it wouldn't be too far off if I described it as a "second cousin".

Definitely has the same dark feel and a bend towards the macabre– also you'll notice that I've recycled one the main character's names. The artists on the two stories are different, but– who knows –maybe Matt and I will get a chance to work together again!

This story is only three pages long and I'll be adding a new page each day until this Thursday and be sure to check out my other comic and CBC semi-finalist, Gunplay!
