Victor's life before: playing in a bad punk rock band; hanging out in shitty bars; unsuccessfully hitting on women way out of his league; being that guy that's all the time over at your friend's (or your own) apartment who doesn't pay rent, but for all intents and purposes resides there. You know that guy, right? Sleeps on the couch, always inappropriately walking around in like, a towel or something? Hangs out on the porch with the neighborhood thugs all day, and lets anyone into the apartment, whether he knows them or not? Drunkenly offers you bad advice, and constantly butts into conversations not pertaining to him… You've met that guy, right? Or maybe I just have more scumbag friends than most. And maybe that couch-surfing scumbag is actually… *me*. Hmm. Anyway!

Okay, I've decided to start responding to comments in the post following the one where the comments was made, as it occurs to me some folks don't check back…
Everybody: Thanks for the compliments and congrats! You're definitely helping me stay motivated to keep churnin' this mess out. When new folk show up, I try to go check out their comic and shoot 'em a PQ thankin' for the read, but I may not be able to do that this time. I'll still try, though! I'm unnaturally grateful for attention, you see. ;)
taradaga: Hooray for your feature! Everybody, go check out Good Taste if you ain't done so yet. It's got amazing art, great characters, and is one of my personal faves here.
Josh & pinkbatmax: Oh, there would be no throat punching! Like I've said, Calamity isn't meant to be me. (Despite similarities such as big hair, surliness, and the bartending thing.) I'm the thoat-puncher in this here family. >;)

And also if I can say one more tiny thing:
I'm workin' on a card for the Webcomic Tarot Project right now. Predictable, my contribution is from the Cups suite- on account of, ya know, all the drinkin' that goes on here. In any case, I wanted to let y'all know that there's still plenty of cards left, because I think a lot of you would make some really badass ones. Eh? Eh? You know you wanna. >:D
