It's a local lake, IIRC created to be drained periodically to run electrical generators, but the electric company gave it up and the community around it, which uses it for boating & swimming, has been trying to find ways to keep it around. Drinking water is the latest idea.

BTW since I used the drawing style I use for Rhymes With Witch I briefly considered calling this Rhymes With Rick, but… Nahhhhhhh! ;-)
