How to delude the public into thinking you are doing something? Pass unrealistic standards!

If people actually figure out a way to meet those standards the useless politicians claim credit for it even though they actually did nothing at all.

If the standards aren't met they usually fine somebody to pay for the "failure".

A completely unethical & immoral action that sadly is allowed to continue.
