If someone wants to have sex they have to take responsibility for it. They, and/or their partner, should pay for the contraceptives, and/or the abortion if they get pregnant & they don't want the child. It is irresponsible and SELFISH to expect the American taxpayer to fund your sex life & the consequences thereof.
If you are old enough to have sex then you are an adult and you should act like one!
