Sadly based on a real incident.
For years our club has had trouble getting people to run for office. A few years ago when we were rewriting our club constitution, new positions were being created and one board member actually thought this would increase the number of people wanting to run.
Even more sadly that person was the one the club president tended to listen to the most.
