I guess you would call that a "calf injury"? Buh dum bump!
At first I was going to draw her in her normal Blade of Toshubi outfit, but then I thought since the premise is that these are "actors" trying out for parts she would probably have "normal" clothes to wear. I also decided to go with the idea that the "actress" is playing younger just as Hollywood casts 20 year olds to play teenagers.
Probably way more thought than the joke needed…
