The Ultimate Ninja is a character created by Raymond "wReam" Bingham that is the leader of the Legion of Net.Heroes. He is – The Ultimate Ninja – and as such is an incredibly great fighter to such an absurd degree. He can be at times a rational gruff leader and at other times a murderous psychopath depending on his mood. He was kind of a parody of these sort of grim gritty dark super competent anti-heroes who will kill as many people as they need to win from the 90s (think Batman meets Wolverine meets the Punisher if they were raised by ninjas).
His favorite weapons are the Ninja Bush and his Ginsu Katana. His favorite type of attack is the Heart Throb (TM) where he pulls a still beating heart out of the person so that they can watch him crush the heart with his bare hands.
