Twilight_of_the_gods: thank you, i got that alot back when i first posted these on my other pg. i do my scales on a separate sheet of paper and then shade them in photoshop, after that, i usually copy them into a preset brush so i dont have to redo the same scale patterns but every once in a while i have to make different patterns.

KimLuste: thank you again :) he's not even shown his face yet, the one in the final pg here though is urik, not his father, i remember alot got confused when i first posted this one on DA,he's still turning but he lives up to the tittle of leviethan
