Everywhere Hotpants went, people seemed ready enough to help him, until he would give Man Monster's description, then they would abruptly start acting funny, change the subject, or just walk away, wide eyed! What was going on? Why wouldn't anyone speak to them about their friend? Until they were directed to one strange character, who seemed willing enough to help, but also ended up acting funny towards them. Learning only that Man Monster was definitely in Tradertown. And something is better than nothing. As they walked out into the alley, discussing amongst themselves what they know, a mysterious messenger gave them a note, and quickly ran off. It was from the strange guy in the bar! And it read thusly: ' A-Team. Sometime ago, you're friend was found with some others, by slavers, pasted to the ground, as they were. Put into chains, they were taken to the dome, where you're friend was made to fight, as you were. Careful you do not win too many matches. Because you will have to fight the boss then. He is the overall champion. And it's not something that you will want to do.' The A-Team returned to their luxurious quarters to get some rest, because tomorrow, Hotpants has a big match.
