Now we can see what those flickering lights which Wildomeu beheld, atop his hill, along with the faint smell of smoke in the air. Oh tragedy of tragedies! After the odyssey of hardships that the A-Team has endured, a quick egress out of the void was eagerly looked forward to, as they have fulfilled their bargain with the parasite King. Having cleaned up the realm to a great degree. But, as they approached the city, on the homestretch of their long march, it became more and more clear to them as they drew near the city, that something was very wrong. The citadel, and the parasite King, were being besieged, by the remnants of the scum that the A-Team had cleansed. And so, seeing the distress of the citadel, the A-Team at once, felt a sense of first, horror, but then a sense of responsibility. Because these were the kinds of wretches they were supposed to cleanse. Now realizing there were more than they had originally thought. And so, putting their personal feelings aside, Hotpants took charge, and ordered the A-Team to seize upon the heights of a certain hill, that overlooked the city. And from there, he could better assess the situation, as to what needs to be done, in order to raise the siege. And so the team made off with haste, careful not to be seen, by the enemy forces. Oh, A-Team. The parasite King is the only one who knows a sure exit out of the void! If he is lost, all will be lost.
