For this to make enough sense, I have to explain two things. The first is, although Omega is a nice guy, and he loves all his friends, he does frown upon the giving of free food. That doesn't mean he charges a fortune for the food and drinks, but he doesnt give them away either.

The second is about Megan. She is an awesome cook. Like, a god of cooking. Yeah, that good. Everyone in Knothole would gladly pay for her to cook something for them. Getting food from her, for free, is easy, since she loves to cook. Unless Omega's around. So, this is like Christmas come early for Amy.
