As promised, the page goes up on Tuesday! LAA. Man, I'm tired. Dddrg. I actually like how Shalina turned out, seeing as I was fighting to get her design right–I guess being overtired worked, because I've got her spot on now. Not so sure about Gotel, but then, I AM drawing him post-FOOM.

Note Shalina's eyes are also larger. I think that's going to be a style of this comic, the slightly larger than life eyeballz. It seems to suit.

Also trying out off-white speech bubbles. What do you guys think?

Anyway, haven't drawn in a while, this page is my swing back into swingin' after camp, so forgive the lack of quality.

@Ironscarf About a year or two ago, my art style was more digital watercolory than digital oil or pastels or somethingy. I was still using Paint Shop Pro, and that painting of Gotel is a result of that. I really like it too, though it's not so much a watercolor version of my paint work, but a predecessor to my paint work. That painting was one of the ones that led up to the style I do now. :) And thanks for the compliment, but I don't think MH is worthy of any nominations yet anyway, so don't worry. Maybe in a year. When there's more than four pages. If I LAST a year, anyway…
