09-10-09 'Splainin' To do (The Origin Story)

I've been sick the past couple of days. It's fortunate I even got this done this morning. If I got the strips done this fast every time I'd get the story arcs done much faster!

I'm gradually phasing out the shading. Very subtle. More shading at night and when there are bright lights.

Quick question. My original plan was to do these comic strips side-by-side a full page main series. However I realize now that I don't have that kind of time to do both (like to get hired? Ha ha … what? I was serious), but continuing this strip series without the main story arcs will be confusing to the reader. I'm considering inserting the full story arcs into these strips by completely forsaking the newspaper 3-panel/6-panel only format and simply using as few or as many panels as I need for each update. I think SuperFogeys does that (you should read it, by the way. Right now).

What do you think? Any suggestions?
