my birthday's in 2 weeks!

Hey guys!! Another update? gosh I'm prolific ;)
Although unfortunately there will be some delay in the next page. My brother's leaving for Spain on Friday… And I'm going camping over the weekend (this means no internets?!) but I'll try to squeeze it into my hectic little unemployed schedule.

so, this page… idk, I just wanted to paint today. The last panel is supposed to reflect Jadwiga's imagination (can you tell that from context?) It was fun to do, but unfortunately the smoke doesn't look like smoke.


I started listening to the God Help the Girl album, and it's very good… my only problem is some of the vocalists have that cliche "indie chanteuse" style, which annoys me. However, the song "Perfection as a hipster" is insanely awesome. (It's funny, because the itunes review said something to the tune of, 'perfection as a hipster is one of the worst on the album' and so I was curious… I played it, fell in love quickly, and somehow I've listened to it over 50 times in one day!!! D: I mean, :D It's great, it has a vague lyrical reference to "I Could Be Dreaming" (the line in ICBD is "I'm feeling awkward, I'm feeling tongue-tied" and in the new song, he says, "she was awkward, I was tongue-tied"… it was funny because I was listening to it for the first time and I somehow knew the lyric… haha!!)
