Updated early for a friend, because I said I was going to update TPCTH on Saturday and I did. haha.

This solves Mina Lunga's pressing question about Scout and Starla's lack of stuff in the end of chapter 9. Now they have stuff!!

Won't be updating for a bit due to finals and moving out of dorms.

Oh yeah I'm having a mini contest for Starla. She needs a new outfit for the next chapter(her new outfit is in that bag.) I need you to design it because my clothing designs are crappy! More info and prize info here.
