Scout insults others differently then Pepe. He's being a smartass.

I don't want this to be too much of an info dump so I'll post a few things in the notes.

Tetra: It's a language and also name of the home world where the people of the planet closest to heaven originally came from. It's actually a moon not a planet.

Not all Danireans can speak a language… A good amount are not that intelligent enough for it such as the Tree Eater.
