@enkiroll Little kids in love, huh…? All the funny things they do…. It was the story of my second grade year, little kid crushes and such. Usually resulted in long chases across the playground.
@JinxMinx Not that Irma needs an excuse or anything, but yeah…… no wonder!
@randal Thanks!
@Angelus2kx Given your use of color, that's a big compliment! Check out http://reduxdeluxe.co.cc/ folks.
@Jase The distinction I like to make is 'Child like.' Such things aren't immature per pe, but they reflect the child's nature. Oh and….. Thanks!!!! And yes, this is the first appearance of Sarah's cat. Had her planned from near the beginning, but this is the first strip I've used her in.
And the name I've known a lot of transwomen to have is 'Rachel.' Dunno why that should be, but….. *shrug*!
@crazyninny Irma don't use no stinkin' glitter bombs!
@madisonchance THANK YOU!!!!!! In this one, I didn't cut and paste the figures (I like it looking fresh each time), but I did cut and paste the pencils, and the background. I have NO idea if that contributed to things, but I think it did…. the background here should be a little static.
@nekeko Drama? From Irma? *innocent look* Thanks for all the kind words….. not only here, but the support you've given me in both strips along the way. It means a lot.
Aha! XD Oh my plot twist! Oh ho ho how interesting! ~~ Oh the drama that will ensue! and I think the coloring is magnificent! I think what Jase had to say is Exactly on point
I think your drawing is really growing strong here. It's not just the addition of color, but the actual images are more nicely constructed than I've seen before!
This is very bright- kind of… I want to say "childish", but that sounds wrong, because it's not the art itself that's childish- it just creates a feeling of that childlike mindset, if that makes sense? The bright colours, the simple shapes… It really helps to remind us that these are little girls we're dealing with (in this strip anyway!) and helps to take us back to their mindset.
I didn't realise Sarah had a cat! Did I miss something, or… is this just the first time he/she/it's appeared?
You know, it's funny. Every Sarah I know (or know of, including fictional characters) are part of the GBLT community in some way- lesbians or trans-ladies (or in this case, trans-girl.) Odd coincidence!
