This was the second design to be used in the actual comic. Something about this particular design really wowed me the first time I saw it. Nishanity is without question a very talented artist in her own right so she was able to really make the costume come alive on Leo and make it fit her contours perfectly. I really go for dresses that have lots of loose belts or loops involved as they not only blend nicely with the body and accentuate it's contours but also give an open and exposed feel while still making sure everything that should be properly covered is!  This outfit yet again just looks so much fun to wear and I'd imagine on stage it could made from lycra or something that was cool to wear and moved nicely with her body.
  The skull and crossbones design is perhaps what won me over on this most. The use of red again here makes the dress really vibrant and exciting and the selective use of it on a plain black backround is incredibly effective and makes her look sooooo darn sexy.
