Forgive us, Eastern Cougar

This beautiful creature deserved better. And the loss is actually personal for me because I'm Canadian and our cougars were a treasure to be protected. Instead, we failed them. Nevermind these big name charities or causes. There's one good reason to protect this kind of animal or ANY animal: it is an innocent life.

Please forgive, Mother Nature, for we have sinned again. And yes, I am sad as I put this up. I am even tearing up because it is heartbreaking no matter how you look at it. We can do so much better than this and even now, I still believe that we are good. We just need to be pointed in the right direction.
