I was inspired after seeing a Christmas tree made of champagne bottles. Among the high class, they make a special display with an extravagant tree and goodies, but the problem is that you have to pay to get close and enjoy it, so Poole and Hyde came up with a similar thing at the Old Shoe of which the lower class can enjoy for free and even get free candy canes. Christmas is for everyone and nobody should have to pay to enjoy it.
