This year men's health matters more than ever because the virus reminds us to what extent that disease does not discriminate. So if you have the chance and it is safe enough to do it, gentlemen, get all your yearly checkups done or make a point of always getting them done once you can. And eat right, exercise and stay healthy. You can show support for Movember by giving a donation online, growing out your facial hair or in the case of women, grow out your hair. As for Hyde, he's taking a day in while enjoying the company of several male moustached parakeets. For the record, this stylish parrot is real.
