Chapter 4 begins!

Hopefully you've all had a chance to catch up on Chapter 3. I think this next chapter will be even better. Certainly more exciting.

I have an overall outline for each chapter up to 10, and a vague idea of where the story goes after that, but this is the first chapter that I've outlined strip-for-strip before even starting. I'm hoping that makes for a much stronger story.
