Episode 4.118 - Spy Gal vs. Star Maiden

Aaaaaand we're back. Hope you all enjoyed the previews of the backup tales by some really terrific artists. We're done with that now and we're full steam ahead towards the end of this chapter. (And remember: It's not filler if it's not posted on a regularly scheduled day!)

This is a confrontation I've been building to for a while. I structured this chapter by doing an outline that described each strip in one sentence. My note for this strip was: "Spy Gal confronts Star Maiden." I had no idea what that meant, I just knew it was something that had to happen.

The only thing I knew for sure for a long time about this one was that whatever I was going to have happen between them, it had to be both unexpected, true to their characters and satisfying. Hopefully, that's exactly what you just read. I'm very curious what people think of this one. Were you disappointed you didn't get a throw down?
