Theres the Temple of Selune in the city of Savan.
You'll notice the odd pale trees with lights and the large amount of brightly colored water-
the water is from Ladys' Glass, the lake by Savan that is magical. Its a sacred lake of selune. The closer to full moon it gets the lighter the water gets and during full moons it glows a light blue. The closer to new moons the darker it gets and during a new moon the water is so dark it looks like a void, no light reflects from its surface at all.
The trees only grow around this lake, those lights are called "stars" and they show on the days of the full moon.
