I am serious – not only has this happened, but it is practically a rule. Nothing annoys me quite as much as those who immediately assume that you are outsourced… nothing except those passive racists who start a conversation with: "Don't get me wrong, but I'm so happy to talk to someone in America. Half the time, you have to deal with some Indian who can barely speak the language and doesn't care." Trust me, I get you wrong every single time.

I don't want to get too political, but seriously – these are people you're talking about. Living human beings who are working to put food on their tables too. Be mad about an economy, and administration or about a company's choice to take work out of the country. Stop blaming your racism and unwillingness to understand an accent not your own on someone else.
