I wanted the Tojin gang leader to have a larger role in this comic (which you will find did not happen as I planned), so I gave her a pretty nice close up on this page. Her design was not done in advance like the rest of the characters, but was actually done in the page. All I knew was I wanted her to be mostly bald, have a fairly large pony tail, and samurai armor on her shoulders and thighs.
