To clear up the first two panels of this issue: Preon saw Balan on Earth looking for Zalcon and decided to abducted Balan specifically to help Zalcon destroy Abaddon. Also, Preon wanted Abaddon destroyed because he found Abaddon to be far too powerful, and saw him as a threat to the Thesaians themselves, fearing that he may destroy them and even Preon himself.

Also, I couldn't think of a good title for this issue…meh…
