Remember, Hannbial said that the town constable in Athenrey was a dick. He wasn't kidding, folks. The good constable's full name is Richard Seymour Dick. (His parents must have been Johnny Cash fans…) Also, I just HAD to continue the tradition of 'Cobra Commander in jail on a holiday', because I can.
