Interlude Part 1: Land of Confusion

Land of Confusion, originally by Genesis, but covered rather well by Disturbed

I've hit a wall.

I feel as if I'm going through a sham every time I make a comic anymore. I regret doing such a serious arc, which is a weak point for me. But I've soldiered on like a good producer, making comics for the fans and not deviating from the storyline. But now I must take a break from the story at hand. The next three comics are multi-fold. Mainly I am using them to poke fun at myself. I know it's a old trope for sprite comics, but I think it's worth it now. Secondly, it can serve for others who decide 'Hey, it can't be THAT hard to make a comic…' Trust me, it CAN be. Finally, I just HAD to break away and do something corny. Stay serious too long and I'm going to morph into Emo Tonberry. That won't be good.

I must admit the 'Predictable!' joke is borrowed from Lanipator's review of Final Fantasy Unlimited. I liked it, thought it could fit in my comic with a bit of a twist, and at least I gave him credit.
