Finally…our first dip into some ACTION! Juuust in case you were beginning to think this was going to be a bunch of talking heads…no sir/madam! There will be A LOT of action in this book.

This page in particular is refreshing for me since the 10 prior pages have been all about the exposition. Here, we finally are getting to see
what some of these diverse characters can do physically, which will be a major part of the novel…their physical prowess and abilities.

As I said, this is definitely an action-packed piece here, so it feels good to start to give you a small, small taste of what's to come.
