Heck, I was wearing that shirt today even!

Anyways, the group of people depicted in the the first panel there really do exist. In fact, I based the artwork for the first panel on a photograph of the four of us together on the day I moved out from our flat. Actually, the artwork for that panel was first done as full page picture, so I had to re-work a lot of it to scale it down in size.

A few of the 'based on real life' comics I have done have come directly from the events experienced in that flat, though that's where the similarities end. The idea for The Truth About Corey Strode may have been amongst these friends, but I never based the comic on them…
