Ever notice how the mad scientist always has a crazy hair do? I mean, seriously, do they not have just one minute a day to run a comb through it?

Unless of course, one of the prerequisites of being a mad scientist is having crazy hair…?

Anyways, the Doctor here is more 'angry' than 'mad', I reckon. Can't really trust the hired help to leave things alone these day - always fiddling with something they shouldn't…
