I remember when I was a kid. We had a cassette tape of a guy who could do sound effects pretty well. He did it as a stand up comedy shtick. He'd tell a story and also do all the sound effects for it at the same time.

I was always fascinated by the thought of making sound effects with my own voice, but it never came to much more than blowing raspberries.

Still, at least I never resorted to cheating and using a hidden tape recorder to deceive people. I wonder if I could get away with that now that we have really tiny mp3 players at our disposal…?
