Aside from the person getting arrested for their terrible choice in hair styles, this comic is based on a true story.

Kind of.

Okay, I did in fact see a Police car driving through a fence a few weeks ago, yes. But it wasn't a neighbor's fence. Nor were they there to arrest anyone - they simply came through the traffic lights, kept going, and plowed through the fence.

Not sure where the funny side of *that* is, but it certainly gave me the idea for this comic…
