Well, this marks my first foray into web-comic artistry, so please forgive any initial wobbles. What follows, I hope, is an exciting saga of action, romance and tentacles.

The whole sorry idea was sparked by watching the recent Spiderman movies, and asking a few questions, such as "How does spider venom change someone's genes?", "How can Doctor Octopus disguise himself just by wearing a trench-coat and sunglasses?", "Why isn't Aunt May dead after being chucked around by super-villains?" and "Why does every experiment in New York seem to result in people mutating?"

This comic is dedicated to my resident floor-dweller, who finally gave me the courage to put this up. Come back soon. My floor is empty and cold without you.
